3624 Montclair, Jacksonville Florida

This is one of the most recent homes that I completed for XL Properties. This picture is a before shot. Not bad, but not what I had in mind. I was not happy with the color of the shutters. I also spruced it up with a different trim color.

Here, in the 'after' picture the shutter and door color makes the green landscaping pop. It brings a more uniform look.

Going in the front door, the slate floor lends a beautiful look.

I included this picture on my blog because it shows how well the door color, wall color and floor color play so nicely off one another. What a perfect contrast of textures with a perfect blend of colors. I asked for the slate to be 'subwayed'. It turned out to be a grand look. This picture does not do the entry justice, but in person it really makes a statement!

The back splash really makes this kitchen like no other....in a good way. The brown, glass accents add the unexpectedness to the room.

I found this cool piggy tray at world market and fell in love. How unique. I see fresh bread sliced and placed in the tray with seasoned olive oil to share with family and friends.

I had high expectations for the master bathroom because when I saw this tile at Floor and Decor, I knew it was THE ONE....loved it! I was so excited that I could not wait to see it installed. Then, when I found the accent tile at home depot, I could not believe how good it looked together. The final piece to the beautiful trio was the paint color, brought the look together.

Here, in the master bathroom I slipped a piece of my old home, Chicago, in...check out the picture I took on my cell phone. On one of our visits to Chicago, I took this pic and had it put on canvas via Walgreens photo department....and it really turned out nice!

The fire place was hidden under paneling. We uncovered and painted the mantel to reveal this beauty.

I was inspired by the circa of the home when I chose the colors for the second bath. It is a modern play on the green and gold of that time. The colors of the tiles and paint are further brought together by the shower curtain, towels and accented by the orchid which puts a touch of elegance to the arrangement.

My new website is here!

I'm excited to share my company's new website.  I am happy to include my current stage projects, interior and exterior selections and other creations of mine.  I will, also, include some previous projects that I did not include in my website portfolio.  I hope you enjoy.
